Because we are doing this by remote access you can be in the relaxation of your own home and surroundings to gain the most out of this process. We begin to heal the connection between your Higher Self and your Inner Child which can become broken through various traumatic experiences in our lives, (some we are already aware of however some we are not). Various tools are used with this process but it is very gentle and soothing.
